§ 50.185 BASIS OF CHARGE.
   (A)   The sewerage service charge for "normal" strength sewage is based on the water discharged to the sewer system as measured by the public water supply meter, or meters, or by any supplementary meter, meters, or other means as hereinafter provided. The basic sewerage service charge shall be determined upon the metered flow and at rates as provided by Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties, Kentucky.
   (B)   When a sewer is available, it will be presumed that the sewage from the premises is discharged either directly or indirectly into the sewer, and the property shall be billed for sewerage service. This shall apply to all premises in the District's incorporated area and its service area and the Water and Sewer Commission's districts and service areas.
   (C)   Where new sanitary sewers are constructed, all premises shall be connected to the new sewer in accordance with regulations herein set out, and shall be subject to the sewerage service charge as soon as connections are made to the new sewer. If the making of the connection is delayed, the property shall be subject to the sewerage service charge 30 days after the sewer is in operation or accepted by the governmental agency having jurisdiction over the sewer. This shall apply to all premises in the Water and Sewer Commission's incorporated area and its service area.
