§ 50.170 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.
   No statement contained in this chapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the General Manager or the General Manager of District No. 1, and any person whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the Water and Sewer Commission for transport or treatment; subject to payment therefor.
