(A) The operator shall comply in all respects with the Federal Communications Commission regulations governing equal employment opportunity. Furthermore, the company shall comply with all other applicable government regulations whether federal, state, or local.
(B) Equal opportunity in employment shall be afforded to all qualified persons, and no person shall be discriminated against because of race, color, religion, national origin, handicap, sex, or age.
