§ 50.150 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES.
   (A)   No person shall discharge holding tank wastes into any watercourse or storm sewer.
   (B)   Holding tank wastes originating within the Water and Sewer Commission service area shall not be discharged into the Commission 201 area wastewater treatment system.
   (C)   Holding tank wastes originating outside the boundaries of the Commission 201 area are prohibited from being discharged into the Commission's wastewater treatment system.
