In the event it becomes necessary to adjust, relocate, or otherwise modify any existing public or private wastewater treatment works as a result of placing the fill, the applicant authorized to make the fill shall, at his expense, make such adjustments, relocations, or modifications, as required by the General Manager, before or during the filling operation. The General Manager may require the applicant to post a bond in an amount covering the replacement cost of the existing or modified wastewater treatment system and guaranteeing that the aforementioned fill will not damage the wastewater treatment system either as existing or modified. The bond shall be in force for a period of one year after the fill is completed.
