Plans, specifications and any other pertinent information relating to pretreatment or control facilities, required by the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties, shall be submitted for the approval of the Water and Sewer Commission, who will then forward the information to the Sanitation District. Failure to make a timely submittal shall be grounds for revocation or refusal to issue or renew a wastewater discharge permit.
