§ 50.100 AUTHORITY OF CITY TO MAKE SPECIAL AGREEMENTS AS TO DISCHARGES.
   No statement contained in this chapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangement between the Water and Sewer Commission and the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties and any person whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the Commission and the Sanitation District for treatment, subject to payment therefor.
