§ 50.094 RADIOACTIVE MATERIALS.
   (A)   No person shall discharge material licensed by the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission or other radioactive material into the wastewater treatment system.
   (B)   Excreta from individuals undergoing medical diagnosis or therapy with radioactive material shall be exempt.
