§ 50.072 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE, OTHER APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private wastewater disposal system shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Department of Public Health of the State of Kentucky.
   (B)   The owner shall, at his own expense, operate and maintain the individual private sewage disposal facility to the satisfaction of the appropriate public authority.
