§ 50.070 WHEN PERMITTED.
   (A)   Septic tanks, privies, and cesspools are prohibited where a public sanitary sewer is available.
   (B)   Where a public sanitary sewer is not available to a premises, the building sewer shall be connected to an individual private sewage disposal system complying with the requirements of the appropriate public authority.
