(A) Existing septic tanks shall be abandoned insofar as disposal of sanitary sewage is concerned when the building sewer is connected to the public sewer.
(B) The existing building sewer from a building to a septic tank may be used only when it is found on examination and test by the General Manager to be in good condition and to meet substantially all requirements of this chapter.
