(A) The owner of the premises served by a sewer shall be responsible for the operation and cleaning of the building sewer from the building to the point of connection with the public sewer, and for the maintenance, operation, cleaning, repair, and reconstruction of the building sewer from the building to the sewer line.
(B) The owner or agent must observe all pertinent OSHA requirements while constructing building sewers.
