§ 50.049 MATERIALS.
   The building sewer shall be constructed of materials meeting the standards of the Water and Sewer Commission and requirements of the Kentucky State Plumbing Law and Code, Rules and Regulations. It shall be laid at a minimum grade of l/4-inch per lineal foot from the building to the public sewer.
