§ 50.033 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.
   No statement contained in this chapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangements between the Water and Sewer Commission and the developer, or as preventing the Commission from stopping issuance of additional permits or revoking outstanding permits should conditions warrant such action in the opinion of the General Manager.
