(A) All building sewers which connect either directly or indirectly into the wastewater treatment system under the management of the Water and Sewer Commission shall be inspected by, and subject to testing under the supervision of the Water and Sewer Commission or its designated representatives and Kentucky Division of Plumbing.
(B) All sewers which will connect either directly or indirectly into the wastewater treatment system under the management of the Water and Sewer Commission and which are to be constructed by any person, shall be inspected by, and subject to the testing under the supervision of the Commission or its designated representatives.
