All sewers that discharge to the Water and Sewer Commission's wastewater treatment system either directly or indirectly, shall be subjected to a leakage check. This check is in the form of an infiltration or exfiltration test with water or by an air test as outlined in the Sanitation District No. 1's standard specifications. A report must be supplied to the General Manager showing the results of the leakage check.
