(A) Manholes shall be placed:
(1) At intersections of two or more sewers;
(2) At changes of size of pipe, alignment, or grade;
(3) At the head end of the sewer;
(4) At curves on sewers (beginning or end) 30 inches in diameter and larger; and
(5) At intermediate intervals.
(B) Maximum spacing shall be 400 feet.
(C) Manhole frames and covers shall be in accordance with the specifications and standards of the Sanitation District No. 1.
