(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a left-hand turn or proceed across the following designated areas and operators may be permitted to make a right-turn only in the following directions.
(1) From Action Boulevard onto Kentucky Route 18.
(2) From Bankers Street onto Houston Road.
(3) From Commerce Drive onto Kentucky Route 18.
(4) From Meijer Drive onto Houston Road.
(5) From Woodspoint Drive onto Kentucky Route 18.
(6) From southbound Dortha Avenue onto Dixie Highway (U.S. 25).
(7) From Mel's Lane onto U.S. Highway 42.
(8) From Heights Boulevard onto U.S. Highway 42.
(9) From Haines Drive onto U.S. 42.
(10) From Skeets Way onto U.S. 42.
(11) From Old Toll Road onto Pleasant Valley Road.
(12) From Bill Wentz Drive onto U.S. Highway 42.
(B) The offense of violating this section is, pursuant to KRS 83A.065(2), hereby designated a “violation” and a fine not to exceed the amount set forth in KRS 534.040(2)(c) is hereby impose for each offense.
