(A) No sanitary sewer which discharges either directly or indirectly into the wastewater treatment system under the management of the Water and Sewer Commission wastewater lift stations or wastewater treatment plants shall be constructed without prior written approval by the Commission of the plans wherefore, as to concept and detail.
(B) Any type of development which is commercial or industrial must have the approval, not only of the Water and Sewer Commission, but the Sanitation District No. 1 of Campbell and Kenton Counties. All plans should be submitted to the Commission which will forward the concept review, and the detailed review, if necessary to the Sanitation District No. 1.
