(A) The General Manager, and other duly authorized employees of the Water and Sewer Commission bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of surveying, inspection, observation, measurement, sampling, and testing of all wastewater treatment works under the management of the Water and Sewer Commission, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The General Manager, and other duly authorized employees of the Water and Sewer Commission bearing proper credentials and identification, shall be permitted to enter all private properties, through which a proper easement is on record, for the purpose of surveying, inspection, maintenance, operations, repair, and reconstruction of any portion of the wastewater treatment system under the management of the Water and Sewer Commission subject to the terms of the easement.
