(A) Any person, business or other entity who is not a retail water or sewer customer of the city but who or which is a user of the city's sanitary sewer system for the purposes of transporting sanitary sewage flows for treatment to facilities of Sanitation District No. 1 are subject to a one time sewer impact fee based on water meter size serving that person, business or other entity. These sewer impact fees are as follows:
5/8-inch meters | $1,400 |
3/4-inch meters | $2,000 |
1-inch meters | $2,500 |
1 1/2-inch meters | $3,000 |
2-inch meters | $4,500 |
3-inch meters | $7,000 |
4-inch meters | $10,000 |
6-inch meters | $15,000 |
8-inch meters | $20,000 |
(B) Those persons, businesses or other entities that are not retail water or sewer customers and are subject to a sewer impact fee but have private cisterns instead of a metered water supply shall pay $1,400 as their one time sewer impact fee.
