(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any user who violates §§ 51.06 and 51.07 may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. (See I.C. 36-1-3-8(a)(10)(B).) Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to, a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates §§ 51.05 or 51.06.
