§ 50.01 REMOVAL OF TOWN ELECTRIC AND WATER UTILITIES FROM THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The municipally owned water utility and electric utility of the town are hereby removed from the jurisdiction of State Utility Regulatory Commission for the approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness.
