§ 34.26 PURCHASE OF SERVICES.
   (A)   The town determines that each town agency and department may purchase services except for the services of attorneys in whatever manner the purchaser determines to be reasonable. Only the head of the department of law may purchase the services of attorneys.
   (B)   The Town Purchasing Agency may not require any town agency, department, or office to purchase services in any particular manner.
