§ 33.094 ADOPTION OF MORE STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS.
   The town finds that both I.C. 36-1-20.2 and I.C. 36-1-21 specifically allow a unit to adopt requirements that are “more stringent or detailed” and that more detailed are necessary.
