§ 32.02 APPROVING DEPOSITORIES FOR STATE FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE TOWN.
   The Town Council hereby designates all financial institutions located within the corporate limits of the town and qualifying as financial institutions, under the provisions of I.C. 5-13-6-1(d), as approved depositories for the deposit of state funds by the town.
