§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of this chapter or any provision hereof may be enforced by a fine of $25 per day. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues. At the option of the town, this chapter may also be enforced by injunction.
