§ 152.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. Any outdoor installations, either in-ground or above-ground, designed to impound an artificial body of water, for the purpose of wading and swimming and used, or intended to be used, solely by the owner, or lessee thereof, and his or her family and friends invited to use such facility without payment of any fee. Included shall be pools whose construction may be of PVC, rubber, plastic, or the like and whose sides are held by air pressure or a combination of structural material and air pressure.
   PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL shall also mean and include any outdoor installation described as a hot tub or sauna bath and the like and these installations shall be controlled under the provisions of this chapter in the same manner as a private swimming pool.
