§ 30.51 TOWN COUNCIL TO ADMINISTER THE PARK AND RECREATION FACILITIES.
   Upon adoption of the ordinance incorporated in this subchapter, the Town Council shall directly administer the park and recreation facilities, activities, and funds of the town.
