§ 30.32 DUTIES OF CLERK-TREASURER AND STAFF.
   The Clerk-Treasurer and his or her staff, as his or her agents, shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties in the amount and for the violations as provided below.
