For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD CONCESSION TRAILER. A food establishment which is a licensed trailer on wheels, mobile, and self-contained, including the same of both prepared and pre-packaged foods. When parked and vending, wheels must be chocked and trailer hitch must be covered or guarded in a manner to prevent injury to the public.
FOOD TRUCK. A food establishment which is on wheels, mobile, self-contained, and which is self-propelled as a licensed vehicle, including the same of both prepared and pre-packaged foods.
MOBILE FOOD UNIT. Includes both food trucks and food concession trailers.
MOBILE FOOD UNIT VENDOR. An itinerant merchant who conducts business from a mobile food unit.
