If the yard waste is in violation of these policies, requires extraordinary equipment to collect, or is in greater amount than the town can collect in one load, a fee will be assessed of $10 per load up to four loads, for collection and disposal. If the collection requires more than four loads, a fee shall be assessed in the amount of $100. Residents shall contact the town to schedule large waste removals.
