§ 93.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   YARD WASTE. Includes sticks, cut grass, leaves, flowers, and mulch. The term YARD WASTE shall not include dirt, sod, rocks, landscaping timbers, plastic bags, or construction wood or materials.
