§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Section 92.01 shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for possession of alcoholic beverages as well as confiscation and destruction of such alcoholic beverages by the Police Department of the town.
