(A) There shall now be a rental charge made for the use of the merchants building and the shelter house at the town community park in the amount of $50 for each person, firm, or corporation desiring to use the buildings for a money making event, except that not-for-profit organizations shall not be required to pay any fee.
(B) There shall be a rental charge made for the storage of boats, motor vehicles, boat trailers, or other items of personal property placed in storage by any person, firm, or corporation at the rate of $20 per month for each month or fraction of a month that an individual person, firm, or corporation uses the merchants building, shelter house, or any other building for the storage of his, her, or their personal property as heretofore enumerated.
