For the purpose of this chapter, it shall not be essential that the nuisance be created or contributed to by the owners or tenants of the property, or that the owners or tenants have actual knowledge or awareness of the nuisance if created by licensees, invitees, guests, habitual trespassers, or other persons whose presence on the premises is subject to their control.
