SCHEDULE II. TRUCK AND BUS PARKING.
   (A)   (1)   Residential district. No person owning, leasing, possessing, or operating a truck-trailer, bus, tractor, or tractor and trailer taller, wider, and longer than a conventional stationwagon, pickup truck, or van, but excepting therefrom recreational vehicles, shall be permitted to park the same upon any street or alley within the residential districts of the corporation limits of the town. However, such vehicles may park for a sufficient time to make deliveries or to pick up merchandise, provided such parking does not interrupt the regular flow of traffic and does not create a hazard for the safety of others.
      (2)   Business districts. In the business district, no such truck, trailer, bus, tractor, or tractor and trailer taller, wider, and longer than a conventional stationwagon, van, or recreational vehicle shall park upon any street or alley within the corporate limits of the town longer than one hour. However, such vehicles may park for a sufficient time to make deliveries or pick up merchandise in the regular course of business, provided such parking does not interrupt the regular flow of traffic and does not create a hazard for the safety of others, provided such parking complies with all other parking regulations in force in the town.
      (3)   Municipal parking lot. Notwithstanding the provisions of divisions (A)(1) and/or (A)(2) above, such truck, trailer, bus, tractor, or tractor and trailer may park in the municipal parking lot of the town in the designated areas thereof, which parking lot is located between West Columbia Street on the south and West Main Street on the north, the Conrail right-of-way on the west, and a public alley on the east.
      (4)   Hazardous materials. No vehicle with a GVW over 14,000 pounds which is used for the purpose of transporting hazardous, ignitable, or other toxic or corrosive materials may be parked within any residential district, business district, or the municipal parking lot of the town.
      (5)   Penalty. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law, every person in violation of any of the provisions of this division (A) shall be punished by a fine in the amount of $24 for each violation, and each day shall be considered a separate violation thereof.
   (B)   (1)    Semi-tractor and semi-trailer parking is hereby prohibited in the municipal parking lot of the town as the same as located between Columbia Street (State Road 18) and West Main Street in the town.
      (2)   Signage is erected prohibiting such parking and that the area of such parking lot presently reserved for truck parking is lined for the parallel parking of cars and small trucks.
      (3)   A parking fine for semi-tractors and trailers in the amount of $25 per 24-hour period payable to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town for deposit to the General Fund of the town is hereby established for the municipal parking lot located between Columbia Street (State Road 18) and West Main Street in the town.
