   (A)   There is hereby established a new salary ordinance for all employees and personnel of the town, which became effective January 2023. The following salary schedule is subject to change based on decision of the Town Council and may be amended from time to time.

*All full-time town an utility personnel will receive an annual longevity bonus based on 2,080 hours times the hourly rate per year (using the starting of January 1 of each year). This bonus will be paid on the third Wednesday of November of the current year. Bonus will not be paid if employment is terminated voluntarily or involuntarily prior to November 1 of the current year.
 
   (B)   The utilities personnel shall be paid over-time and double-time in accordance with the town’s personnel policy.
   (C)   The town’s Police Department is governed under the authority of the Fair Labor Standards Act; the Town Marshal and Deputy Marshals shall be paid a weekly salary as designated with wages as stated in this section.
