§ 72.44 PASSENGER REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a golf cart or off-road vehicle unless any and all passengers of said golf cart or off-road vehicle are seated in a seat attached to the golf cart or off-road vehicle as manufactured.
   (B)   All children under the age of 11 must be seated, secured by a seat belt, and not on another individual’s lap.
