(A) Golf carts and off-road vehicles will be required to have head lights, tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, rear view mirror, amber flashing light on top, and a regulation size slow moving vehicle sign that is entirely visible from the rear day and night.
(B) Said emblem shall comply with requirements established by the state.
