§ 72.42 PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REQUIRED.
   No person shall operate or permit the operation of a golf cart or off-road vehicle on the streets or alleys of town without proof of financial responsibility (certificate of insurance is provided at time of application). A copy of proof shall be carried upon the golf cart or off-road vehicle.
