§ 72.40 OPERATION REQUIREMENTS.
   Operators of golf carts or off-road vehicles must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and shall obey all state, federal, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances governing passenger motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, laws, regulations, and ordinances pertaining to licensing of operators and traffic regulations.
