§ 72.36 APPLICATION REQUIRED.
   Each owner of a golf cart or off-road vehicle operated on the streets or alleys in the town shall:
   (A)   Complete an application for submission to the Town Marshal’s office;
   (B)   Provide proof of insurance and valid driver’s license to the town; and
   (C)   Pay a one-time registration fee of $50 which shall be deposited into the General Fund.
