The Clerk-Treasurer’s office shall cause a record to be kept of the number of each license, the date the license is issued, the name and address of the person to whom it is issued, and the number of the frame of the bicycle for which the license is issued. A copy of such record shall be provided not less than semi-annually to the Town Marshal. There shall also be kept a record of all bicycle license fees collected by the Clerk-Treasurer.
