§ 72.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person who rides within the corporate limits of the town shall ride or propel a bicycle on any street, on any public path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, or on any sidewalk unless the bicycle has been licensed and a license plate or tag attached thereto as provided by this subchapter.
