§ 71.32 NOTICE OF PARKING REGULATIONS.
   The Town Council shall give notice of the parking regulations for the town by appropriate signs or markings setting forth the lengths of time for which parking is permitted for parking spaces. Notice of the parking regulations by appropriate signs or markings shall be given by placing the same upon appropriate places in the immediate vicinity of the parking spaces.
