§ 70.01 INSPECTION FEE.
   (A)   The Town Police Department shall assess a fee of $5 for the inspection of a motor vehicle or recreational vehicle, pursuant to I.C. 9-17-2-12.
   (B)   The revenue from the inspection fee shall be deposited to a Local Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund as established by I.C. 5-2-8-2.
