(A) When service has been disconnected by the utility for non-payment of bills, the consumer must pay a charge of $30 before such service is reconnected.
(B) When a reconnection of service is made for the same consumer at the same location within a 12-month period, where service has been disconnected at the consumer’s request, a charge of $30 shall be paid to the utility for such reconnection.
(C) If the consumer, at his or her option, requests service to be restored after normal business hours, an overtime charge of $80 must be paid prior to reconnection.
(D) For delinquent bills, the consumer shall pay in full all amounts due to the electric utility up to and including date of disconnect and shall pay before service is reconnected.
