§ 11.01 VOTING WARDS.
   The following shall constitute the voting wards in the town as follows.
   (A)   The first ward shall be comprised of all real estate in the town located north of the middle line of Walnut Street and the middle line of East Columbia Street (S.R. 18) in the town and located east of the middle line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, formerly Vandalia Railroad.
   (B)   The second ward shall be comprised of all real estate in the town located south of the middle line of East Columbia Street (S.R. 18) and east of the middle line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, formerly Vandalia Railroad, to the north of the middle line of Clark Street to the east boundary line of the town.
   (C)   The third ward shall be comprised of all real estate in the town located south of the middle line of Walnut Street and west of the middle line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, formerly Vandalia Railroad, and south of the middle line of Clark Street to the east, west, and south boundary lines of the town.
