(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle, which shall have a width in excess of 80 inches, upon any of the streets of the town, for a continuous period of time longer than 30 minutes.
(B) This section shall not apply to motor vehicles momentarily stopped for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, or loading or unloading freight, at a point of origin or destination, nor shall it apply to motor vehicles accidentally and unavoidably disabled; provided, however, that the parking or stoppage is necessary for emergency repairs, to permit the vehicle to be put in operating condition.
